Context

Airbnb wants to raise sales in cities with no beach (non-holiday destinations).

How many times have you seen your neighbour’s pool (yes, your neighbour has a pool) or walked past one that was always empty, wanting to commit breaking and entering?

Well, don’t worry, you no longer have to think about committing a crime. Now, when your neighbour is away, you can rent their pool, theirs and anyone else’s available on Airbnb.

Idea

For the first time this summer you will be able to rent only the pools of Airbnb apartments left free on hot summer days, with no need to rent the whole property.

Execution

Inside the Airbnb app there will be a pools section, so people who want a dip without renting the full property can rent just the pool for the day.

They will only have access to the outside of the house, so paying for the day will cost considerably less than renting the whole house.
